Quick answers
Why FuneralZA
Close to 17 million funeral policies were in force with ASISA members in mid-2025, and funeral cover is the life product South Africans complain about most: 46.2% of the National Financial Ombud's life insurance complaints in 2025, driven mainly by declined claims. We exist to make the choices clearer: what each policy really pays, which parlour costs are fair, and how to run the service with dignity. We are not an insurer, broker or funeral home, so our guides put your family first.
